Support Oasis is offered as a subscription-based service:

  • Pricing: $7/month per agent (or $5/month if billed annually)

  • Billing Cycle: Monthly or annually, depending on your selection

  • Payment Method: Currently via PayPal; charges are processed through your chosen payment gateway

  • Refunds: Subscriptions are non-refundable, including for unused time or partial months

We reserve the right to update pricing with prior notice.


5. Free Trials and Promotions

If you register for a free trial or promotional offer, your use of the Service is subject to these Terms. We may restrict or revoke access at any time for abuse or misuse.


6. Service Availability & Support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or outages.

Basic support is provided via email and support tickets. Response times are not guaranteed.


7. User Content & Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for any content (e.g., emails, tickets, attachments) you submit through the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You have the necessary rights and permissions to share the content

  • Your content does not infringe any third-party rights

  • Your content complies with applicable laws

We do not claim ownership of your data but require a limited license to process and display it as part of providing the Service.


8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Support Oasis or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.


9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service:

  • If you violate these Terms

  • For non-payment

  • If required by law

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for the current billing period.


10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted

  • Your data will never be lost (though we take strong measures to protect it)

  • The Service will meet all of your business requirements


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

  • Any loss of profits, revenues, or data

  • Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim


12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Support Oasis, its owners, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of any third-party rights


13. Data Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described there.


14. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.


15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.
